A RESEARCH PAPER ON THE JURISPRUDENCE OF JIHAD: MASĪRAH SHAHR: “UNICITY OF GOD AND FIGHTING.

A Research Paper on the Jurisprudence of Jihad: Masīrah Shahr: “Unicity of God and Fighting: The Jurisprudence of Jihād”.on August 29, 2017.By Wade A. Bailey:Social Cultural Worker, author, journalist, studied Social Case Work, Anthropology, and Psychology at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen, Netherlands. This Paper is a part of a teaching series from foundation Soualiga Youth on Jihad. Iam a senior researcher at the foundation.

Western media, counter terrorism ‘experts’, governments and other institutions are increasingly pushing the narrative, that jihadism is mainly a criminal problem ignoring the belief and value system that jihadist’s draw their ideology from, that system is Islam, ignoring that fact has and will continue to lead to chaos. There are explicit Koranic references to jihad, and it is part and parcel of Islamic history and culture. The following is from Masīrah Shahr:
Unicity of God and Fighting: The Jurisprudence of Jihād”: ‘  This treatise is based on the six part lecture series entitled: „Tawhīd wa‟l-Qitāl‟,delivered by Shaykh Hārith an-Nadhāri, may Allāh accept him. It is centered around the Hadīth: The Messenger of Allāh said: “I have been ordered to fight against the people until they testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allāh and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allāh…” Based upon this Hadīth, the Shaykh has derived various benefits relating to Tawhīd and Jihād. In addition, a number of the legal rulings (Ahkām2) pertaining to Jihād have been included within the Shaykh‟s lectures on this topic.

The significance of this topic cannot be overstated, especially for the Mujāhidīn. As it is Wājib (compulsory) for the Muslim today to wage Jihād, it also becomes Wājib for him to have knowledge of the Islamic rulings surrounding Jihād, and train and prepare himself to engage in Jihād. As Allāh says: And prepare against them whatever you are able… 3 Likewise, the principle in Fiqh states, „that which is required to fulfill a Wājib is itself Wājib,‟ therefore in order for the Muslim to avoid being like those who Allāh described as those who are astray 4 he must precede his actions with knowledge.
Due to the efforts of those who wish to undermine and distort the pristine teachings of Islām, the worship of Jihād and all of the issues surrounding it, have been largely obscured from the Muslims. We find that Islāmic books and lectures are filled with every issue, big and small, detailing the intricacies and finer points of every act of „Ibādah under the sun, however, the Muslim is hard pressed to find a single book or lecture giving Jihād the justice it deserves, especially in the English language. This is despite the command of Allāh: So fight, [O Muhammad], in the cause of Allāh; you are not held responsible except for yourself. And incite the believers…  Once the Prophet migrated to Madinah, he waged Jihād until he returned to Allāh, and likewise, his companions raised and carried on his blessed banner until Allāh opened for them the kingdoms and treasures of the Byzantines and the Persians. The early believers were the deepest in knowledge and closest in their connection to Allāh the Exalted, and they never left Jihād or abandoned their longing for Martyrdom in the cause of Allāh. So much so that Allāh‟s Messenger, the one who was free from sin, even ardently desired Martyrdom for himself, despite the fact that Allāh had promised to protect him from all of his enemies.

He wished, “In the name of whom Muhammad‟s soul is in His Hand, I wish I could fight in the cause of Allāh and then be killed, and then fight and then be killed, and then fight and then be killed.”  However, with the deepest regret, we find that many of the Muslims today wishes and aspirations could not be further from those of the Prophet and his trustworthy companions.

CARICOM WAS WARNED ABOUT THE THREAT OF MUSLIM EXTREMISM FROM GUYANESE MUSLIMS.

NOTE TO READERS: This material was published previously by me on other platforms. However, the content remains relevant and even more so than when it was first published.

In the presence of representatives from more than 25 countries, the international and regional community had been warned, that should there be any Caribbean involvement in terrorist activities. That the likelihood that there would be black Guyanese involved was almost 100% certain. The warning was made in 2005 by a Guyanese delegate who had made a study on the structure of Islam in Guyana, at an international Caricom seminar for a Small Business training program. The majority of black Guyanese men he noted were converted to Islam while in prison. The disaffected poorly educated men in prison are fertile soil for radicalization. Above left Abdul Kadir is the exact opposite of the profile given for radicalization by the delegate. Kadir is a former Guyanese parliamentarian, who was arrested along with his cohorts in the middle and right, in the plot to blow up the Kennedy International Airport in New York. Before he was arrested Kadir had repeated contacts with Mohsen Rabbani (an Iranian cleric involved in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish synagogue in Argentina), and Adnan Shukrijumah, using his extensive influence as a former parliamentarian Kadir was able to help Shukrijumah secure a Guyanese passport.

Above top FBI’s most wanted poster for Adnan El Shukrijumah, a Caribbean citizen of Guyanese extraction. It is uncertain where he was born since his father was a cleric in Saudi Arabia. Both his father and mother are from Guyana. Above an FBI most wanted poster for Osama bin Laden, Ayman al Zawahiri, and Adnan El Shukrijumah.
The ―plot‖ to blow up the Kennedy Airport was brought to Kadir and his blundering cohorts by convicted drug dealer Aaron Francis, Francis agreed to lure the men into a CIA masterminded the plot, whose aim was to entrap Shukrijumah. Kadir was targeted because he was an influential, educated Guyanese who had extensive ties in Iranian diplomatic circles and was seen as a threat by the US.April 2004, Muhammad Hassan Ebrahimi, an Iranian Shiite cleric affiliated with Guyanas International Islamic College of Advanced Studies (IICAS, received large amounts of money from the Iranian government ), was abducted by armed unknown assailants (whether his murderers were CIA or others is not known). His decomposed remains were discovered a month later buried in a shallow grave. More Iranians are beginning to make use of the Caribbean, due to the nonexistence of background checks before diplomatic passports are issued. Some Iranians have been given passports of Caribbean island nations as in the case of St Kitts, which issued a Kittitian diplomatic passport to Iranian Alizera Moghadam, he claimed to have paid $1million for the passport, en route to Canada he was detained in transit. While the prime minister of St Kitts and Nevis Denzel Douglas maintains that, it is impossible to obtain a diplomatic Kittitian passport through payment, reports coming out of various sectors in St Kitts and Nevis refute his statements. Apparently, under the ‗Citizenship by Investment‖ program, Moghadam was granted his passport, in other words, he did pay for his passport. The potential for criminals, terrorists, and others to make use of the ―citizen by investment‖, are enormous the ramifications of this practice will be felt throughout the western hemisphere in years to come.

Sheik Abdullah Al Faisal the Jamaican-born, a former Christian who converted to Islam at the age of 16, he was deported from Britain in May 2007 after having spent four years in a British prison and is now on the no-fly list. He was accused of inciting racial hatred and soliciting murder. He is said to have influenced the ―shoe bomber‖, Richard Reid, Germaine Lindsay (Lindsay like Faisal is of Jamaican descent), responsible for the 2005 underground train bombing in London, in which he and 26 other others died, Faisal Shahzad, the failed Times Square bomber was also named as one of the people he ―inspired‖. In 2010 the Sheik was arrested in Kenya and accused by the government thereof of entering the country illegally. His arrest sparked deadly riots and reprisals in Kenya that lasted well over a week. The Kenyan authorities later spent well over 500,000 dollars to have him flown back to his native Jamaica. The Sheik at the age of 16 traveled to Saudi Arabia where he spent eight years, he is believed to have converted to Islam in Saudi Arabia. He took a degree in Islamic studies before coming to the UK. An Associated Press, an article published on Fri May 27 2011 by David McFadden stated: ― U.S. diplomats have expressed concern that an Islamic cleric convicted of whipping up racial hatred among Muslim converts in Britain might do the same thing in his homeland of Jamaica, according to a leaked cable from the island‘s U.S. Embassy‖.The following are excerpts and quotes from Global Research in International Affairs (GLORIA), The Project for the Research of Islamic Movements (PRISM.The report stated that the region’s Muslim population consists largely of South and Southeast Asians, with their roots stemming back to the colonial period, in the last decades the region has also witnessed an increase in migrants from the Middle East. According to the report, there is a growing number of Muslim converts in the Caribbean amongst disenfranchised populations of African descent. Many of the Caribbean people of African descent converting to Islam are perceiving Islam as a ―rite‖, of political empowerment as well as an adaptation of a ―suitable‖ identity. Many are adopting Islam as Christianity is being increasingly viewed as a ―white man’s religion‖, particularly by young men of African descent regionally. Recently across the region where Islamic communities have been entrenched for decades, a clamor for the Arabization of the society is taking place. The Arabization process is specifically being felt in the growing demands that Arabic be taught in primary and secondary schools. South Asia and the Middle East is impacting the region politically, culturally, and religiously, as Islamic missionaries from both regions are being sent to the Caribbean, while Caribbean Muslim students are studying in increasing numbers in the above-mentioned Islamic regions. The report highlighted what it referred to as the: Sunnification and Islamization process in Guyana. According to the Central Islamic Organization of Guyana (CIOG), there are 150 formal and informal mosques throughout Guyana. There are several Islamic organizations active in Guyana most notably, the Hajatul Ulamaa, the Muslim Youth Organization (MYO), the Guyana Islamic Trust (GIT), the Guyana Muslim Mission Limited (GML), the Guyana United Sad‘r Islamic Anjuman (GUSIA), the Tabligh Jamaat, the Rose Hall Islamic Center and the Salafi Group. In mid-1988 Guyana became a permanent member of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC). In 1966 after Guyana won its independence it established diplomatic relations with Arabic countries including Egypt, Iraq, and Libya all of those countries opened embassies in Guyana. Guyanese Muslims, presently travel to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Libya to study Islamic theology and Arabic. The Guyanese Muslims upon returning to Guyana began and still continue to introduce Wahabism (a strict Saudi Arabic interpretation of Islam), into Guyanese society. The report cited a growing concern in Trinidad that elements of some Islamic groups have traveled to Afghanistan and Pakistan and have fought in both countries in support of radical Islamists in those nations. What governments regionally nor internationally seem not to comprehend, is the Guyanese and TNT Muslim population are mainly of a Sunni Islamic persuasion, the Wahabist doctrine that has been spread, clandestinely throughout the Caribbean for years, mainly through Islamic organizations sponsored by Saudi Arabia, has borne fruit and are manifesting at present in Caribbean Sunni‘s from a broad spectrum of Caribbean nations joining the fight in Syria and Iraq in aid of their Sunni brethren in IS.

The Armenian Massacre 2. The Continuation.

The outbreak of fighting in Nagorno Karabakh between the Armenians and Azerbaijani’s, are embers of an age-old conflict between the Armenians who are traditionally ‘Christian’, and the Azerbaijani’s who are traditionally adhere to the Islamic creed i.e. Muslims. The massacre and deportation of Turkey’s Armenian population took place against a background of fighting between Turkish and Russian forces, on the Caucasus front. It was described by some scholars, as the first genocide of the 20th century.

This post will focus on the events and socio-political, socio-cultural religious and ethnic differences that shaped, the Armenian and Azerbaijani conflict, making both ethnic groups the arch enemies that they are today.

Russia and Ottoman Turkey were multinational empires. Where their borders met in the Caucasus Armenians lived on both sides.

Armenian Nationalism: The Christian Armenians and their Turkish Muslim rulers in Turkey, had a history of conflict stretching back centuries. In the 1890’s Armenian nationalist agitation, served as a pretext for the Turks to slaughter thousands of Armenians. In August 1914, the Turkish government asked Armenian envoys gathered at Erzurum in eastern Turkey, to incite rebellion against Russian hegemony in the Caucasus. The Armenian refused, when Turkey entered World War I, the Caucasus and western Anatolia were turned into war zones. During Turkey’s ill-fated offensive in the winter of 1915, Armenians fought as conscripts in the Turkish and the Russian army. The Russian army also contained Armenians fighting, for liberation from Turkish rule.  Russia encouraged an Armenian revolt against Turkey, likewise the Turks incentivized and fomented an uprising by Turkic peoples and Muslim Kurds living in Russia. The Turkish army was roundly defeated at the Caucasus front at Sarikamish between December 1914 and January 1915.

Ethnic Tensions: The situation in eastern Anatolia was unstable, ethnic tensions were acute. The majority of the population consisted of Muslims, who were displaced from the Russian ruled Caucasus in the 19th century and bitterly resented, the Christian pro-Russian Armenians.

  1. This post will be continued, the continuation will highlight the Armenian Genocide.
  2. It will highlight the history of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
  3. It will highlight the 1990’s situation in Nagorno Karabakh and will touch on the current situation in Nagorno Karabakh.

This is the continuation of the post: The Armenian Massacre.

Mass Deportations: On 24 April as the allies were beginning their landings at Gallipoli, the Interior Minister of Turkey Talaat Pasha, ordered the arrest of about 250 members of the Armenian urban elite, living in Constantinople. Turkey viewed the Armenians as an enemy within. More mass arrest’s followed with hundreds more prominent Armenians being detained. The Techir, deportation law authorized Turkish authorities, to engage in the arrest and mass deportation, of Armenians from Anatolia. During the mass deportations more than 600,000 Armenians died, the deportations were executed in a brutal and callused manner, resulting in a massive Armenian death toll. It should be noted that the Turks were and still are Muslims, and Armenians then and now are Christian. The typical clearance of an Armenian village by the Turkish military, began with the brutal slaughter of the male population, the deportees were force marched on the roads to Iraq and Syria. The deportees on the roads usually consisted of mainly of women young and old, as well as children. The deportees were not given an opportunity, to prepare most went on the forced marches, with the clothes on their backs and no food and water. Underway the defenceless Armenians were attacked by their primary nemesis the Kurds. Many Armenians from dehydration. For those who managed to reach the dismal camps in Syria and Iraq, their fate was even worse, they often died a slow and painful death, from starvation, disease, and the extremely harsh circumstances they were living in.

By 1916, the Russians under the command of General Nikolai Yudenich went on the offensive, in Anatolia (Turkey), capturing the fortress town of Erzurum and the port of Trabzon in February of 1916, by then the area’s Armenian population had been annihilated.

The war today being fought by Armenia and Azerbaijan is as a direct result of the many unrequited atrocities, perpetrated by both groups throughout, the years one against the other.

ISIS FAR FROM DEFEATED.

The false narrative crafted by the Trump administration and other western governments, that the Islamic State was all but defeated was being rebutted by their own intelligence agencies, since 2018. Even the CIA and other such agencies, consistently refuted the narrative put forth, by their own governments that the ISIS threat no longer existed.  That narrative is increasingly ringing hollow, as yet another headline from the corporate media shows, the following is the latest from one such outlet, The Jerusalem Post.

‘Three years after ISIS appeared to be on its last legs in Iraq and Syria it has seized a city in Mozambique. The city is called Mocimboa da Praia and now there are fears it may have a foothold that is growing in the country. This slow process of ISIS radicalization has taken place for a year or more. However, it was largely dismissed as fear mongering. Now the group has infiltrated, and some are concerned that it may be on the cusp of a larger offensive. Much like in the ISIS offensive in Iraq in the summer of 2014 the attacks in southeast Africa have displaced hundreds of thousands. There are questions about how the port city might be re-taken by security forces.  The port now affects the whole of Cabo Delgado province. This is in northern Mozambique. The International Committee of the Red Cross has warned of a humanitarian crisis that may grow. While some still argue that ISIS is not actually causing or driving the war here, but it is instead just inequality and poverty, the kinds of images from Mozambique look like the same Islamist insurgencies in Nigeria or Somalia or other areas. While the international community is distracted by COVID-19 and major powers like the US no longer play a role in coordinating efforts like concentrating on these kinds of emergencies, ISIS can thrive in the margins.’

Even as Trump troubles Afghanistan and Pakistan: The Latest Islamic Jamaat unsheathes its Scimitar.

Ansar Ghazwat ul Hind.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. All praise is due to Allah Azza wa Jalla.

And blessings and peace be upon the Prophet who said: “There are two groups of my Ummah whom Allah will protect from the fire: a group who will conquer India and a group who will be with Issa ibn Maryam (peace be upon him)”.

Today we announce from the peaks of Pir Panchal that jihad e-Kashmir is free from the influence of all Taghooti (tyrannical)   agencies.  And a new jihadi Jamaat ul-Hindi has been formed.

The formation of Jamaat ul-Hindi will inshallah safe guard the jihad in Kashmir and with Allah’s help, we will take this jihad to the farthest corner of India, and this jihad, with Allah’s permission, will be the sour of victory in Kashmir and India.

Ansar Ghazwat ul-Hindi is not on any different manhaj other than a vow of the sons of the Ummah that truth will be victorious.

Ansar Ghazwat ul-Hindi is part of the same message that every mujahid of Kashmir has shed his blood and that message is: “There is no God but Allah and Muhammed is his Prophet”.

Ansar Ghazwat ul-Hindi will only work for the interests of Jihad.

We invite all the Muslims of Kashmir and the world for jihad against India, and hope that they will strengthen this jihad with their lives and money.

Mujahideen fighting for Allah in any part of the world are our brothers.

The following are the objectives given for the formation of the organization.

This Tandheem is based on calling towards Tawheed: (there is no God but Allah and Muhammed is his Prophet), rejection of polytheism and its people and disavowal of all its false idols.

This Tandheem is bound to the religion of al-el-Sunnah- wal Jamah in its Aqeedah and Manhaj , principles and corollaries, differences and commandments and issues.

This Tandheem is an independent Tandheem and all its decisions will be taken under the guidance of its Shura committee in accordance with the pious predecessors and the fatwas and guidance of righteous Ulema.

This Tandheem considers jihad fisabillah to be fard-ayn (obligatory) for the implementation of Sharia, and considers fighting apostates and infidels according to ones capabilities and capacity an act of righteousness.

Our jihad is not for nationhood or nationalism, nor is it for implementation of kufr resolutions of greater tawghut (tyrant), nor is it for the implementation of a plebiscite. Our jihad is not to seek liberation from one tyrant and merge with another; our jihad is loftier than this. We perform jihad so that Allah’s word will be established and that the religion will be for Allah alone (sovereign).

This Tandheem is not a regional Tandheem which stops at man-made borders, but every member of ahl-e-Sunnah with the Aqeedah of Tawheed can join this Tandheem; regardless of race or tribe.

This Tandheem considers guidance, patronage and following of the leaders of jihad. This Tandheem will put in its best efforts in accordance with the Shariah. And in cases of transgressions seeks forgiveness from Allah and Muslims.

This Tandheem apart from fighting against infidels and apostates, will also engage in proselytization and advice.

This Tandheem rejects every system of governance outside of Shariah.

Our targets are the Indian army, police and every person whether overtly or covertly involved in the oppression of Muslims I India and Kashmir.  Our  final call is all praises are due to Allah.

Trinidad Islamic State citizen Shane Crawford on UN terror list.

590045

In another monumental blunder, the corporate media in Trinidad is reporting once again on Shane Crawford, as a living person after they already claimed that he was killed in an airstrike in Syria.  If Crawford is alive the very real threat that he poses to the Caribbean cannot be stressed on enough, if he is dead he is already a beacon to likeminded Caribbean citizens to emulate. Read the latest on Crawford in the following.

Trinidadian Shane Crawford is on a United Nations Terrorism Sanctions List for, joining terrorists fighting for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (Isis).

The Office of the Attorney General in a statement yesterday stated that the UN Security Council had established a committee referred to as ISIL and Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee which imposed sanctions against Crawford on August 18.

Crawford, who also goes by the name Abu Sa’d a Trinidadi, appeared in an ISIS recruitment video last year where he called on Muslims in Trinidad to commit acts of violence against “non-believers”.

Crawford, the release stated was listed following a proposal submitted by the T&T Government.

The AG, having obtained an order from the High Court of T&T on March 31, declared Crawford a listed entity and ordered that his funds be frozen pursuant to the provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Act.

In September 2015, there were no listings which reflected poorly in the 4th Round Mutual Evaluation of T&T by the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force.

The Attorney General confirmed that other applications under the Anti-Terrorism Act are currently before the courts and that further listings and other actions are under consideration.

The addition of Crawford to the ISIL & Al-Qaida Sanctions List is thus another significant step in T&T’s contribution to the fight against global terror,” the release stated.

Abrogation and the Verse of the Sword: Countering Extremists’ Justification for Violence.

The following is Quranic exegesis and theological examination by Mahfuh Halimi, within the precept of abrogation, Halimi wrongfully identifies abrogation as a concept within Islamic doctrine. Abrogation is a principle and is fundamental to Islamic teaching. I examined the precept of al-Wala wal-Baraa, in a previous post of the same name click here to read more:  https://nazaritze.blogspot.com/2017/07/al-wala-wal-baraa.html

Read Halimi’s exegesis in the following, owing to the length of the exegesis I will extend the post till the end, in several parts this is PART 1:

Mahfuh Halimi

Muslim extremist groups and ideologues have distorted the original discussion among

scholars on the concept of abrogation and the Qurānic verse of the sword to legitimize

hostile relations with people of other faiths. Their misrepresentation has to be countered

by reaffirming that the verses of the Qur’ān advocating peace, tolerance, compassion

and forgiveness are never abrogated and are in fact, the basis for relations between

Muslims and non-Muslims.

Muslim extremists such as Muhammad„ Abdus Salam Faraj and the terrorist group, the so-called Islamic State (IS), have distorted the concept of abrogation, and the verse of the sword (hostilities towards polytheists) into a purportedly divinely mandated call for offensive global „jihad‟(warfare).

A 2012 study on „How Islamist Extremists Quote the Qur‟an‟ showed that there “is the near absence of the well-known „Verse of the Sword‟ from the extremist texts”.

However, in instances when Muslim extremists used the verse of the sword, they have argued that the verse abrogates more than one hundred other verses of the Qur‟ān that advise or advocate peace, co-existence, patience, tolerance, and forgiveness as the basis for relations between Muslims and other faiths.

This study examines how Muslim extremists have misapplied the theory of abrogation and the verse of the sword when the Qur‟ān does1 Jeffry R. Halverson, R. Bennett Furlow, and Steven R. Corman, “How Islamist Extremists Quote the Qur’an,” Centre for Strategic Communication, Arizona State University, Report No. 1202, 09 July2012.

They do not not even specify the verses that have been abrogated. Their claim that the verse of the sword abrogates numerous Qur‟ānic verses cannot be taken as conclusive, especially when the abrogated verses are those that direct Muslims to seek peace, exercise tolerance, and show compassion and forgiveness.

This study posits that Muslim extremists have made erroneous claims on the issue of abrogation by omitting the rich discussion on the subject among Islamic scholars and falsely presenting it as something consensual among the scholars when that is not the case.

There is an extensive body of literature on the issue of abrogation. Many scholars of the Sciences of the Qur‟ān (‘Ulūm al-Qur’ān), Sciences of the Prophetic Tradition (‘Ulūm al- Ḥadith) and Sciences of Islamic Jurisprudence (‘Ulūm al-Fiqh) have written to explain and define abrogation (Naskh).

There have also been numerous attempts to specify the abrogating (Nāsikh) and abrogated

(Mansūkh) Qur‟ānic verses. Sometimes, abrogation has been discussed in the literature as a methodology in resolving apparent contradictions between religious texts (Al Ta‘āruḍ bayna al adillah). There are, however, several requirements that must be satisfied before abrogation can be applied.

Although the literature has explained abrogation in the Qur‟ān, the Prophetic Traditions and Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh), there has been no attempt to relate these to violence and terrorism in the name of religion. Concerns about the opinions expressed by Muslim extremists on abrogation and „The Verse of the Sword‟ or„Āyat al sayf‟ came to the fore following the September 2001 attacks.

This is a part of my teaching series on Islamic theology specifically that which is used by jihadist’s and the clerics, who support and abet jihadist ideology within Islamic thought. Since the Caribbean specifically Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Jamaica, Aruba and some South American countries are now seeing their citizens represented in Iraq and Syria, as foreign fighters this post is examining the type of Quranic hadith that is used as a means of strengthening a Muslims resolve to act by physically partaking in terrorist attacks, in the name of the god of Islam Allah, at the behest of Quranic scripture, preached by what the West calls radical Islamic preachers. This post is really minuscule in the theological context of Islamism, what it does serve is an informative tool in establishing Quranic justification for jihadism.

HASSAN ANYABWILE FORMER JAMAAT AL-MUSLIMEEN LEADER SPEAKS.

“I have earned the right to speak because of my commitment to Islam and because of the blood that gushed forth from me because of speaking out and being critical.

“I speak on the authority of the four 357 magnum bullets from the gun that Mark Guerra gave to Quincy to shoot at me and my home and family.”

Here we are again, 27th of July, and not much has changed except the players.

Those who took up arms to apply corrective surgery to a sick society now have the same diseases as the society. Those whose intention was to change the outta-timing rhythm of society then are now playing mass (or the ass) and jumping in the same band.

That’s why I understand some reasons why Allah took us just to that point and not an inch further.

How did I come to understand this?

By looking at the behaviour of the Muslims who were involved in that militant action—this includes me—you see how the secrets of our hearts have been manifested.

Allah is most wise and knows what he knows before it occurs. He knew that to put power in the hands of a people with certain types of behaviour and lack of spirituality would only lead to dictatorship and destruction.

So I thank Allah that he has not inflicted on Trinidad and Tobago what we Muslims of the Jamaat-al-Muslimeen have manifested.

This is my criticism of us, the leadership and membership of the Jamaat-al- Muslimeen.

I say this without fear or favour, I say this and include myself because I was part of that leadership, part of that Jamaat and I actively took part in attacking a wicked regime to check State terrorism.

I am not pointing any fingers at any group of persons that does not include me; I do not absolve myself because I am no better than anyone else.

So the entire Jamaat-al-Muslimeen, all of us, need to do Muhasabah, or self-criticism if the organisation is not to be relegated to the dustbin of history.

Its membership should stop being a herd of sheep, we who seem to be unaware that Mushurah (consultation) is frank and without fear. This is our political system, which is based not only on obedience and following the leader but also on supporting the leader by consultation and checking him in his excesses.

Didn’t Allah say in the Quran in referring to the true Muslim community “…those who carry out their affairs by mutual consultation…”?

I know that this assessment will not be greeted with approval by many, men and women, but it cannot be honestly challenged by anyone.

Others will say that I don’t have the right to criticise the JAM because I left it. My reply to such people is that I have as much right as anyone else in the history of the Jamaat.

If they are honest, no one can write me out of the history of the JAM (I am already seeing attempts to do just that); no one can blame me for the reasons that I left nor can anyone challenge my critique.

I earned that right by suffering the consequences of that assassination attempt which consigned me to a wheelchair and forever changed my life, affected my family and friends, not to mention affected me as a person.

But a long life is one that gives you time to amend, to change your ways and to make Tawbah (repent).

The only person who ever asked for my forgiveness was the shooter himself, Quincy; he sent a message to me from prison asking for my forgiveness.

As for my many friends who literally abandoned me, few have asked me for forgiveness or have reached out to help me or just to enquire how I was going. Those who have done so, I thank you.

But I carry no hate for anyone, even the main plotters who know themselves. So far, two have died and three remain in their arrogance and hostility. May they perish in that state if they don’t rectify themselves.

By their actions against me, they dishonoured themselves and opened a door of treachery that they are unable to close.

I ask Allah that the people and members of the Jamaat stop worshipping man; they must fear only Allah and seek his approval.

I wish the JAM success and I don’t want to see all that work, all that commitment and all those sacrifices disappear due to the arrogance of one or two families.

No 1 Mucurapo belongs to the members of the JAM and the Muslim Community, not to one family. Because men have paid with their lives to ensure that Muslims of African descent have a place to worship without being discriminated against.

A place to build families, to teach our children and to hand down a vibrant Islam that is relevant to the ills of this narco State, with its wicked legislators and evil social customs, a State devoid of justice for all, a State where inequality kills.

A place that will ensure a future for our youths who don’t have to run to Syria behind a false flag or be gunned down in a foolish war with Rasta City or at the hands of corrupt police officers.

We must create that space for the youths to train them to carry this Islamic Movement, not a political party, a place to make them the future leaders of Islam in a world pregnant with the signs of the Last Days.

If we don’t do that, then we have failed our youth, all of whom – not just the children of the leader – are important. Our help and support must embrace all the children of those who sacrificed to establish the JAM with all its faults and successes.

The future is in our hands; failure or success will be our doing and we cannot blame anyone else.

Peace and Bless!

New video message from The Islamic State: “Inside the Caliphate”.

74f5186c-aca5-433a-b3e0-51af115ab933

AL-ḤAYĀT MEDIA CENTER, on July 28, 2017, released an English language and Arabic language video, with English captions. The video featured two narrators and, a Caucasian American narrator and an Arabic speaking narrator, both of whom are fighters with the Islamic State. What follows is transcribed from the video in question entitled: Inside The Khilafah.

To the observant listener, the narrator says that the Amir of IS still alive, referencing him in the active present tense. IS mocked the Taliban for pretending Mullah Omar was still alive even when it was painfully obvious, that he was long dead, any Caliphate becomes illegitimate, if the Caliph is dead and a replacement is not announced. No one can give bayah, pledge allegiance to a dead man if their Caliph is truly dead IS would be obligated to announce his replacement under law (sharia).

The following is the transcribed video, video transcription by Wade Bailey, source Al-ḤAYĀT media center: “Despite the fierce and unrelenting campaign against the Islamic State may Allah preserve it. The State Wallamduillah, continues striving to carry out Allah’s order and to wage war on the Satatnic monetary system of the Tawagheet. Following the release of the gold dinar and silver dirham, the Islamic State is now rolling out the copper fez denomination of coins into the marketplace, to help facilitate smaller financial in a shari manner. The correlation between the new Islamic State coins has been set by the monetary committee, the value of the dinar corresponds to the market price of gold, while the value of one dirham is set, to the value of 100 fals. All goods and transactions must be priced and conducted using the new Islamic currency. This includes everyday goods as well as contracts, wages and services, including services provided by the Islamic State’s various departments. Wherever the Islamic State coins are available it is forbidden to deal with, the insidious banknotes that have no intrinsic value, and are printed at will by the Tawagheet. The subjects of Amir-ulmukhmineen are now cooperating and working closely, to ensure the successful implementation of the new Islamic currency. We ask Allah Azza wa-Jal, to bless this initiative and make us amongst the forerunners of those forbidding what is evil and enjoining that which is good.

BAY’AH TO THE ISLAMIC STATE OF IRAQ AN UNTOLD STORY OF AL-QAIDA’S MISTAKE By: Ahmed Al-Hamdan.

Translated by: Al Muwahideen Media

This is another post in the series of post’s concerning Baya and what it entails. This post deals with the Baya of ISI to Osama bin Laden.

In my personal opinion, I think Al-Qaeda made a mistake in the beginning by relying on only one source for visualizing the field of Iraq, and that was ‘The Islamic State of Iraq’. And the reason for that was that the person who was relaying the news to the central command in Khurasan was a companion of Shaykh Ayman Al Zawahiri, and he used to consider him as his younger sibling. The former judge in the Islamic State, Abu Sulayman, in his letter to the general command said that: “It is worth mentioning that the main reason for all this is the absence of Abu Hamza Al Muhajir from the field completely, and due to him being content with the reports that are sent to him, even though the ‘leaders’ and the commanders of the areas would declare that they would not send the correct information to the leadership (of the Islamic State of Iraq)”.  So, in the best of cases, the correct information would not reach this man (Abu Hamza Al Muhajir). And the correct information would not be sent to the general command in Khurasan. Al Qaeda, unfortunately, would depend on this testimony and would prefer it over the testimonies of other groups and rely on it without relying on the other groups due to reasons which have been mentioned just a while ago. And that led to a great deal of distortion in the information which in the end led to Al Qaeda giving their approval and calling to support a project which in fact was a great lie. We will give some examples of this wrong information and what was correct. Dr. Ayman Al Zhawahiri said: “The Islamic State of Iraq was established after an extensive consultation between the Mujahideen Council and the Sunni tribes, just like how Sheikh Abu Hamza Al Muhajir had informed us of, may Allah have mercy upon him. And he is one in whom and in whose truthfulness, we trust, due to us having spent a long time with him”.  So, is the news that Abu Hamza Al Muhajir gave to the leadership correct?

Was “The Islamic State” truly established after an extensive consultation between the different Jihadi groups and the Sunni tribes?! The judge in the Islamic State of Iraq answers that for us and he says: “The main reason for it is the announcement of the establishment of the state in this way. In fact the people think that the establishment of the state was after the Bay’ah (pledge of allegiance) that was given by the advisory council of the Mujahideen of Al Qaeda and by the chiefs of the tribes which the brother Abu Hamza Al Muhajir called as “Hilf al Muthayyebeen”, but the matter was not like that at all. Instead, the ones who gave their Bay’ah are the leaders of the groups like “Saraaya Al-Jihad, Saraya Al-Ghurabaa, Jaysh Ahl Al-Sunnah, Kataib Al-Ahwaal, Jaysh Al-Taaifah Al-Mansurah…”, and they are people who have no connection to the real Jihad in any way in the field. Rather, they are just names. So they gave their Bay’ah and made demands either in an indirect manner or by openly stating that they should get positions in this state which was going to be announced. And the matter took place like how they wanted. I swear by Allah Almighty about that based on my closeness to Abu Hamza al-Muhajir. And the chiefs of the well-known tribes did not interfere (in this matter to give their views) – like how Abu Hamza had stated many times…!”6 And this issue has been confirmed by Shaykh ‘Abdullah Al’Iraqi, the leader of one of the groups present in the Mujahideen Council in Iraq in his personal testimony about how the establishment of the Islamic State of Iraq was. And the funny thing about this testimony is the statement of this leader saying that “the so-called Islamic State of Iraq declared that my group pledged allegiance to them without taking my approval”!

So they gave their Bay’ah and made demands either in an indirect manner or by openly stating that they should get positions in this state which was going to be announced. So they gave their Bay’ah and made demands either in an indirect manner or by openly stating that they should get positions in this state which was going to be announced.5 And the matter took place like how they wanted. I swear by Allah Almighty about that based on my closeness to Abu Hamza al-Muhajir. And the chiefs of the well-known tribes did not interfere (in this matter to give their views) – like how Abu Hamza had stated many times…!” And this issue has been confirmed by Shaykh ‘Abdullah Al’Iraqi, the leader of one of the groups present in the Mujahideen Council in Iraq in his personal testimony about how the establishment of the Islamic State of Iraq was. And the funny thing about this testimony is the statement of this leader saying that “the so-called Islamic State of Iraq declared that my group pledged allegiance to them without taking my approval”!

Rather Abu ‘Abdullah Al-Mansoor,7 the leader of Jaysh Al-Mujahideen,8 even said that most of the major Jihadi groups did not hear about this announcement except from the media…!!!  But for the sake of argument let us say that the Shura Council of the Mujahideen consisting of 5 or 6 groups had accepted the announcement of the state… How can  groups decide to announce a state and ignore tens of other groups,10 those who in the Shareeah terms are known as Ahlu-Shawka (people of power), and without whose approval the issue of leadership cannot be decided? So, the pledge of allegiance must be given by the majority of the tribes and the Jihadi groups (the people of power and strength) to Abu Umar Al-Baghdadi for him to become the Imam (the leader). Ibn Taymiyyah says: “If we assume that Umar and those with him gave Bay’ah to him i.e. Abu Bakr but the rest of the companions refused to give him Bay’ah, then he would not have become an Imam by that. Indeed, he became an Imam only by the Bay’ah given by the majority of the companions who are the people of authority and strength”.

He also said “The leadership (Imamah) according to Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jama’a is confirmed by the approval of the people of power for it. A man cannot become a leader (Imam) until he is approved by the people of power whose obedience to him would be what fulfills the purpose of the leadership. The purpose of the leadership will only be fulfilled through capability and authority. So, if he is given a pledge of allegiance through which power and authority are obtained, then he will become a leader”.12 He also said: “Uthman did not become a leader by the choice of some, but rather by all the people giving Bay’ah to him”.13 However as for the Islamic State of Iraq, most of the people of power from the tribes and groups withheld from giving them their Bay’ah. So, then this matter did not take place based on a council or an approval from the people of power from the Jihadi groups and the major Sunni tribes in the field! And so, this state was not established by the agreement of Ahlul Hal Wal Aqd (decision makers) in Iraq. But then was it established by Taghallub (overpowering) and by taking control forcefully (which is the second exceptional way to gain authority) …?! Firstly: What does Taghallub mean? In Mu’jam Al ‘Arabi (Arabic dictionary) it says “When it is said that he has made ‘Taghallub’ over his enemy, it means he has subdued and overpowered his enemy. Due to that, it is said that the one who has been overpowered (subdued under Taghallub) is the one who cannot carry out what he wishes! And ‘Taghallub’ over a certain country means taking control over it by force”. It means if we say that the Islamic State of Iraq took control over many wide areas in Iraq by Taghallub (overpowering), this means that it has subdued all the groups, and these groups have become incapable of doing what they wish to do. However, the issue is not like that.

He also said: “Uthman did not become a leader by the choice of some, but rather by all the people giving Bay’ah to him”.13 However as for the Islamic State of Iraq, most of the people of power from the tribes and groups withheld from giving them their Bay’ah. However, the issue is not like that. Instead the groups during that time continued their military operations in an independent manner, and they did not submit to the Islamic State of Iraq. But let us for the sake of argument say that the State did Taghallub and they seized actual control. However, the previous judge of The Islamic State of Iraq, Abu Sulayman Al’Utaybi says: “Abu Hamza Al-Muhajir said in a very clear manner in his speech which was released recently that “We possess eighty percent of the territories of Salahuddin and Diyala, and as for Anbar, we are the ones taking the lead in it”. This statement was so strange that everyone who heard this would laugh except those who agreed with this way. And we most of the time could not find any shelter or home to spend the night – praise be to Allah whatever be the situation as this is Jihad and we ask Allah to accept our deeds. And our situation before declaring the State was stronger and more stable many times more than our situation now. But this is due to what our own hands have earned and due to us having neglected fulfilling the trust”.14 These words were repeated by this judge with some details. And when he went to Khurasan after he left from Iraq, his companion, al-Mu’tazz Billah, narrated his statement saying: “One of the funny stories is that Shaykh Abu Sulayman – may Allah have mercy upon him – said: “We were one day me and five ministers of the State, the minister of industry, the minister of fisheries, the minister of electricity, the minister of

And he said, “During one of those days, we the ministers looked at each other; minister of such, and minister of such, and the general judge of the State”, and he said, “I swear by Allah sometimes we would sleep in the gardens and sometimes in the farms”!15 This matter has been agreed to even by the closest ally of the so called Islamic State of Iraq, which is the group Ansar Al-Islam. The bureau of Shariah and judiciary present in the group said to the leadership of the Islamic State of Iraq: “It is astonishing to see that your group is insisting on the obligation of giving Bay’ah to its leader as a Khilafah to mobilize and join under its banner and its slogans, even though obedience is only for the one who is known and has a firm and stable authority…!! Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, whose words you use as evidence, says about the validity of your Bay’ah: “The Prophet – may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him – ordered to obey the leaders who are present and known, who have authority and are capable of ruling the people. And he did not order to obey the one who has no authority and no ability for anything…” 16 Thus ponder on this. And praise be to Allah for well-being”.17 This matter is confirmed on the tongues of their leaders. A member of the Shura Council, Abu ‘Ubaydah Al’Iraqi says: “I swear by Allah that their people did not leave the Muslims’ lands which they ruled by Allah’s law except with thousands of martyrs”.18 So, he is confirming that they left the areas which they controlled, and all of those areas went back to the hands of the enemy. Rather another member of the Shura Council in the Islamic State of Iraq says: “And so, began clearly a series of continuous retreats, and running away without attacking. And we started to run and run and run until we ended up in wild, lifeless deserts, and the apostates and the Americans began launching operations against us to eliminate us, and we lost the cities, and after that the villages. And then the desert became a dangerous sanctuary, and we moved away from the people and we found ourselves in the wilderness of the desert.”19 What is even more clear than all these is what Abu Muhammad Al-Adnani said confirming all the above: “Did we get defeated when we lost the cities in Iraq and spent the nights in the desert without any city or any land?”20 Adnani here is acknowledging that during a previous period they were in the desert without any city or land…! Thus, they ended up without power or actual control and they lost the cities, the villages and the lands. However, in this situation the ‘state’ would cease to exist even if they established their ‘state’ by overpowering because states cease to exist if they lose their authority. Turkī al-Bin’alī for example, when he narrated the statements of the Imams of Salaf regarding Tamkeen (stability), he commented on their words and said: “And this proves to you the importance of gaining capability and strength and power – as a basic rule – and linking that very closely to the issue of leadership and Khilafah, since the purpose is to gain stability even if it be partially over some of the Muslim lands.”21 So, when you are in the desert having no control over anything, then about what stability and leadership or governance are you talking about?! Then the situation stayed like this even after the establishment of Jabhat un Nusra, while what was known as the ‘Islamic State of Iraq’ was still without lands and territories, and they had no public presence! And if we say that Jabhat un Nusra is an extension of the Islamic State of Iraq, and that any expansion or control by Jabhat Nusra would necessarily be an indication confirming the stability of the Islamic State in Iraq, then we say that the control that Jabhat Nusra had was not specific to it, and it did not overpower or subjugate all other groups under its command. It did not overpower, but instead there was a joint management (by participation with other groups). Hence if there was no overpowering then it means there was no any presence for the Islamic State. We have already explained that the meaning of Taghallub is subjugation and not participation in management and ruling…! Moreover, the groups did not submit to and did not surrender to the courts of the Islamic state, even after their declaration of their ‘expansion to Shaam’. Rather they opened their own courts named as “Al-Hay’at Al-Shar’iyya”. In fact, this State could not get the groups to submit to their courts when disputes arose between them and the groups, but instead they resorted to joint courts! Abu Muhammad Al’Adnani says: “The Islamic State surrendered to the joint courts, and here are the examples:  The case of the killing of Abu ʿUbaydah Al-Binnishi and the case of the killing of Muhammad Faaris Al-Halabi from Ahraar – may Allah have mercy upon them both – and the judge Abu ʿAbdul-Malik was from their side.  The case of the checkpoint of Liwaa At-Tawheed who took the area from the State, and the judge Hassan was from their side.  The case of Liwaa At-Tawheed who killed two of the soldiers of the State, and the judge Hassan from their side.  A case with Jabhat Al-Jawlani; when they killed Atiyyah Al’Anzi, a religious official of the State.  Another joint court was formed with Jabhat Joulani in relation to the Islamic administration for services.  A court with Ahraar Suriya in the case of those accused of attempting to assassinate Abu Anas Al-ʿIraqi, and the judge Mahmud Abu Maalik was from their side.  So Adnani says that instead of the others submitting to their (Islamic State’s) courts they instead submitted to joint courts! Thus, the State could not force or make these groups submit to them to be judged by their courts in order to prove really that they (the Islamic State) are the ones who have overpowered them. Rather the Islamic State was forced to be judged along with them under the joint courts. So, whether the state declared their expansion or not, it will not change the reality that the State in Iraq (if it was really a State because it had in fact fallen and it had returned to be an organization when they lost their stability), their expansion under the name ‘State’does not change the reality that it was an expansion of an organization that expanded from Iraq to Shaam. Based on that if we assumed that this State actually has no relation with or was not subordinate to Al-Qaeda in Khorasan, then the defection of Abu Muhammad Al-Joulani at that time was not a revolt against the legitimate leader who rules the Muslim masses. Rather it was

Rather it was against a leader of a Jihadi group only. So, the specific Hadiths about leadership or public governance are not applicable on him to portray him as having revolted against the legitimate leader. So, the question here is regarding the declaration of a State in Shaam by Baghdadi’s group – Was this declaration after taking Bay’ah from the people of decision (Ahlul Hal Wal Aqd) and of power?! Or was it by overpowering?! It was neither by Shura (consultation) nor by the Bay’ah of the people of decision in Shaam. Rather it was done suddenly and even far away from Abu Muhammad Al Joulani and far away from the Shura Council of Jabhatun Nusrah despite them being the closest of people to the Islamic State! 24 Let alone the other major groups and tribes and the people of decision in the Shaam…! 25 And they stayed from April 2013 until the end of December 2013 while jointly sharing control with the other groups for managing the areas, and there was no overpowering or subjugating. Then at the beginning of 2014 the conflict exploded between them and the other groups, and they left Aleppo and Idlib and they took control over Ar-Raqqa and over areas from Al-Hasakah, and then after that over the province of Deir Al-Zour completely during the month of July 2014. So, it is only at this time they dominated by overpowering! Then they declared a Khilafa claiming it to be on the prophet’s methodology!! But was this Khilafah made after consultation? Abu Muhammad Al-‘Adnani answers for us and says: “How can you announce the Khilafah when the Ummah has not rallied behind you? For your authority is not accepted by the groups, factions, detachments, brigades, corps, banners, sects, parties, assemblies, councils, institutions, coordination teams, leagues, coalitions, armies, fronts, movements, and organizations.” Say to them, {But they will not cease to differ except whom your Lord has given mercy} [Hūd: 118-119]. They have never united on a single issue, nor will they ever unite on any issue except for those whom Allah has mercy upon.”  The reality is that using this verse as a proof arises from a great ignorance.

They have never united on a single issue, nor will they ever unite on any issue except for those whom Allah has mercy upon.”  The reality is that using this verse as a proof arises from a great ignorance.

The people of Tafseer (commentators of the Quran) whom Imam Tabari mentioned while explaining this verse said: “It is a disagreement over religions. The explanation is: And the people will keep disagreeing upon many different religions, between a Jew and a Christian, and a Magian, and so on. And those who said this also said: “Allah excluded those whom He had mercy upon, and they are the believers”. And others said, “Rather it means they will keep differing in their sustenance, this one being rich and the other being poor”. And others said, “They will differ in receiving forgiveness and mercy”. So, are the factions, the battalions, the detachments, the brigades and the parties are the Jews and Christians and Magians? And only those in the Islamic State are Muslims, for this verse to be applied on them? Secondly, assuming that the nature of humankind is to differ and disagree, what then is the duty towards this issue? Is it to deepen the differences and increase them?! Or is to strive to end them or lessen them as much as possible? Disagreement is evil, and Allah has warned us from it and He said: {And be not like those who became divided and disagreed after clear arguments had come to them, and these it is that shall have a grievous chastisement.} [Aal Imran: 105] Therefore, we should strive to bring closer the different views through consultation. Allah says praising the believers: {They conduct their affairs by mutual consultation} [Shura: 38]. If mankind differs and will not agree, then why did Allah order us to do consultation? Will Allah order us to do the impossible? And then Al’Adnani continued saying: “If they tell you: You have stepped over them by acting on your own judgment! Why didn’t you consult them and excuse them and try to win them over?” Say to them: The issue is much more urgent than that; {And I hastened to You, My Lord, so that You may be pleased} [Taha:84] Poem: We took it forcibly at the point of the sword We brought it back by overpowering and dominating”. He dodged the issue of Shura by giving reasons such

He dodged the issue of Shura by giving reasons such as:  The presence of disagreements and that the people will not agree on one leader! That the matter is too urgent, and so it would not be right to consult! And with that this ‘Khilafa which is on the prophetic methodology’ was not established based on Shura as per the confession of its official spokesman. Rather, it was established by overpowering, subjugating and by using force against all. And this overpowering and making the right to nominate a Khalifa exclusive to one group alone by excluding the Muslim public, is not a characteristic of a Khilafah which is upon the prophetic methodology. There is not a single one from the Khulafa Ar-Rashideen (the four righteous Khalifas) who were upon the prophetic methodology, who consulted his supporters only, without consulting the rest of the Muslims for appointing himself as a Khalifa! And none of the scholars made it a condition that everyone from the Ahlul Hal Wal Aqd (people of influence and decision) in the land should agree with you, and that he should not oppose you! And there is not a single Khalifa who said that ‘only those who support me are the Ahlul Hal Wal Aqd (people of influence and decision)’! As if the entire Ummah has no people of influence…! The other issue is the long Hadith in which the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “Prophethood will last amongst you for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it up when He wishes to lift it up. Then there will be a Khilafah on the Prophetic methodology, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes it to be. Then Allah will lift it up when He wishes to lift it up. Then there will be an agonizing kingship (Mulkan Aadhan – ملكًا عاضًا ), and it will last as long as Allah wishes it to, then Allah will lift it up when He wishes to lift it up. Then there will be an oppressive kingship (Mulkan Jabariyan – ملكًا جبر يًا ), and it will last as long as Allah wishes it to be, then Allah will lift it up when He wishes to lift it up.

Then there will be a Khilafah on the way of Prophet-hood.’ This proves that the Khilafah on the prophetic methodology will be after the oppressive dictatorial rule has been lifted and after it ends like how our prophet – صلى الله عليه وسلم said in the Hadith that: ‘Then there will be an oppressive rule ( ملكًا جبر يًا ), and it will last for as long as Allah wishes it to last, and then Allah will lift it up when He wishes to lift it up. THEN there will be a Khilafah on the Prophetic methodology.” Thus, the chronological order for the Khilafah which will be on the prophetic methodology will be AFTER the dictatorial oppressive regimes have ceased to exist. On the other hand, this Khilafah got announced while the oppressive dictatorial regimes are still in existence and before they have been brought down. And this is a clear opposition to the prophetic text, which says that the Khilafah will not be established until AFTER these regimes have ceased to exist. On the other hand, this so called Khilafa could not end the existence of even a single one of the regimes that is fighting it! So, they applied the prophetic text on themselves for the sake of propaganda and publicity only, nothing else. And they are not the people of Khilafah which is on the prophetic methodology which our prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم gave glad tidings of in the Hadith. So, what a great difference between the false dawn and the true dawn. In fact, the true dawn will come after the false dawn.  And I do not think that the situation of Baghdadi’s Khilafah is anything except what Professor Yasir Al Ahmadi has said: “Some people have the correct (religious) text with them, but they do not have the correct intentions, and so they try to apply the text in the wrong context, aiming for personal gain, and for things like that.” And finally, praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
